Q: What happens if I place an order after the deadline? (Thursdays after 12:00pm?)
A: You will receive your meals the following Monday. You will not be charged twice.
Q: When should I expect to receive my meals?
A: Meals are delivered between 4-8pm on Mondays. They will be delivered based on the fastest route available for our drivers. You will receive a text when the driver is on the way and when your meals have been delivered.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription in your account @ https://macromealprepsd.goprep.com/login. Be sure to cancel before your next order goes through (Thursdays before 12pm) to avoid being charged for the following week of meals.
Q: What if I want to try the meals for only one week?
A: Our system is based on a subscription payment only. However, you can cancel your meals after your first order to avoid a second weekly charge as long as it’s before Thursday by noon.
Q: Are there gluten free and dairy free options available for meals?
A: Yes, some meals are gluten and or dairy free. You can also create a custom meal that can be made gluten and or dairy free @ https://macromealprepsd.goprep.com/customer/menu.
Q: Can I make my meals custom to meet my given calories and or macros?
A: All of our meals are made one size. However, you can custom build your meal to meet your macros and calories under custom built meals.
Q: Around how many calories are in each meal?
A: Anywhere from 400-600.
Q: How many grams of protein are in each meal?
A: Minimum of 40G-60G of protein per meal.
Q: How far do you deliver to?
A: We deliver up to 15 miles away from 734 Park Blvd San Diego CA 92101.
Q: How much is the delivery fee?
A: The delivery fee is a flat rate of $10.00 for up to 10 miles radius, then it is $1.00 every mile after that. For example, if you live 15 miles away, your delivery fee will be $15.00.
Q: Do the meal preps arrive cooked?
A: Yes. All of our meal preps are delivered fully cooked. All you have to do is heat it up in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Q: How long do the meal preps last?
A: The meal preps last up to 7 days refrigerated. We do not recommend freezing them.
Q: Can I choose which meals I want specifically off the menu each week in my package?
A: Yes. You can select which meals you want from our menu as long as your selection is made by 12:00pm on Thursdays. Please update in your account.
Q: Can I choose breakfast only meals or lunch and dinner only meals?
A: Yes. You can choose breakfast only meals or lunch and dinner only meals in your account. Just select which meals you want in your package.
Q: Is there a minimum amount of meals I have to purchase?
A: No. There is not a minimum amount of meals you need to purchase, but we do have a $100.00 order minimum.
